problem: stuck in "retrieving asset info..."

Hi.
Problem in Headline, I am on Win XP SP3. Connection seems to get established, then comes above message up, and the bar going left-right, and nothing more happens.
Any help owuld be appreciated, im really curious ;)

P.S. Happens both when I select "connect to lobby" and "connect to selected"

After changing from Warning to Debug, it funnily did some more steps and stucked then while downloading some particular data file. Couldnt reproduce this, sadly. This log file is from a stuck during "retrieving asset info".

Looks like a network error of some sort. There is a chance if you just try it several times it will eventually work (how many times did you try so far?).

What results does "ping www.syntensity.com" give?

Ping gives me 131ms in average.
I tried to login ca. 10-15 times, I guess.
I suspected network trouble, to be honest, have this from time to time with other online applications too. Though I got them all to work with some patience and random tryouts. Hope this will work here, too.

It's probably the same network issues you have with other apps, I guess, then. We probably don't do enough retrying in our code, so it might be difficult to get it to work with troublesome connections. I hope to improve that in the next release though.
