FreeGameDev currently has 2 forums. The New Forum (at https://freegamedev.net/) and the Old Forum (this one).

I want to figure out the popularity of each forum with a simple poll.

I ought to mention that the acronym for FreeGameDev would be "FGD" and not "FDG". I kind of wanted to send this as a private message, but, from what I can gather, that system is kind of broken.

I only use the old forum - phpbb interface is more familiar and comfortable to use imho. But I only login when I have something to post, so usually my visits will only appear as "guest".

Anyway, if someday the old forum disappear in favor of the new one, I'll for certain create a user there.

I refuse to use anything modern and JavaScript makes me physically puke so I only use the old forums, mostly just lurking now but I'm glad there are still people around! If this ship sinks I'll be the last one on the board, you won't see me on the new forums

Someone should port that Discourse terminal client to Flarum

I asked to delete my account on the new forum as there are nothing interesting there to me. It's more about chatting about foss games, than about developping them. The lack of categories is also a major pain.

I prefer the old forum and don't like (and don't use) the new one, but my preference would be if it was changed to use NNTP instead. (However, I do not use the forum much)
