Maybe I can put it (http://www.i-gaia.com/languagemanager/cmsadmin/cmslanguages.php) on stkaddons.tuxfamily.org
(but I have just seen it, it needs improvements (e.g. for locale) )

no strong string freeze has occurred yet. The current state is "strings won't change too much", but before the 0.7 final release will be a real freeze

good catch, we didn't update the pot in a while; I've done it now.
Note that you do not need to update your translation every time we update the pot, when we are closer to a release we will freeze the strings and make a call for translations :)

acme_pjz: no idea which message you mean, we do not have any message that says "Your keyboard config is incompatible ...". But like I told you previously, we don't update the .pot every day, so it may lag behind a bit. No biggie, we're not in string freeze yet.

Should I translate the kart names? Some of them are software names, they don't have a Chinese name ...

Kart names are translated only if you want. Our Hebrew translator asked us to have the possibility to transliterate kart names in Hebrew alphabet because Hebrew children are not used to read the latin alphabet. But you don't need to do this if you don't feel it's needed
