Smoothing problem on LowPoly Track

Hi,
I try to make my first STK track in blender 3.6. Its a lowpoly track. However when i run the track in STK everything gets smoothed and the track looses its "edgy" style. Is there a setting I missed ("Smooth Normals" is disabled)? Or is this smoothing done by STK?
Currently texturing is done with 40x40 images of just one color (so there's an image with "green", one with "brown" a.s.o)

Use edge split modifier
