Hi, this track is currently not finished and is only available as "sneak peak" gift given to donators ( https://supertuxkart.net/Donate ). If you do not wish to donate though don't worry, this track will be included by default in future versions of STK (exactly which version is not yet determined but the next one is a good possibility)
