Bug No way to escape from this

Hi when i was playing here: Mac edition - offline mode - Story mode - tutorial. In this stage because my fault i drive some meter out of road and i went in this pit. But i can't go out from this because in the center there are an no visible wall and i crash here all time. I can not get speed to go out.

Ummm, have you read the text on the tutorial? It should look something like this:

Uh Oh! You're in trouble! Press [the key or button you have set as the "rescue function"] to get out!

The purpose is to teach you what to do if you fall in a pit or the like in an actual race.

I know this. But this happened only here.I think is a bug because i had fall in others pit... and this didn't happen
