Hi.
I installed SuperTuxKart 0.9.1 today. I tried to launch it and this pops up :

Hi,

what is your Windows version and what is your GPU? Do you have the latest version of the driver?

Try to update your graphics drivers. Your graphics card should support OpenGL 3.3.

Message "Version number not supported by GL2" suggests that legacy OpenGL 2.1 context has been created. But we are trying to compile shaders because isGLSL() function only checks OpenGL version:
m_glsl = (m_gl_major_version > 3 || (m_gl_major_version == 3 && m_gl_minor_version >= 1))
&& !UserConfigParams::m_force_legacy_device;

We should check also the context version. Or maybe check available GLSL version?

Hello,
I installed SuperTuxKart 0.9.1 and it frequently crashes on the "loading" screen when I am about to start a race.
The crashes only occur with certain settings. These include number of AI carts, graphics settings, track, etc.
I have a Yoga 2 Pro (maybe high DPI scaling is causing this?).
Thanks to anyone who is able to give me a suggestion.

Unfortunately, none of us can reproduce this crash so it's very hard to debug :( Is there someone who has the crash and knows how to build the game from source and run it in a debugger?

@Pengdoo these drivers don't support GLSL 1.4, which is needed for our shader-based renderer. More info here:

It should work in current git version of STK, where we detect 3.1.8787 as buggy driver version and we force to use fixed pipeline. You can try current git version to see if it works for you. If you are not able to compile STK, then you can just set "force_legacy_device" parameter to "true" in config.xml file (can be found in %appdata%\supertuxkart\0.8.2).
