i am not sure if i should post it here or in the programming section of this forum, but my idea was to contact the STK-team directly.
I started with developing my own game some time ago. A 3D-Platformer called LaundredSheep with Frank from Cosmos Laundromat.
Development began with Irrlicht, then i decided to add code from Supertuxkart for useful things like the log or the irrdriver to my game.
Later i have implemented the Guiengine module from STK with success. Even the Irrlicht-Version from STK is used.
Now i try to make 3D rendering work and i need help to fix this problem. I have already tried a lot of things to fix this.
I hope that someone here can help me understanding and fixing the bug.
I have uploaded the files to these repos here:
https://notabug.org/rubberduck/ls-code
https://notabug.org/rubberduck/ls-assets
Installation works almost like STK-Installation under Linux (under other Systems untested).
you need the right dependecies, but if you have all dependecies that STK needs, it should work.
As a reference i have a link to the building instruction of stk here.

There is another small bug in my application, you have to copy the xml-files from the directory "other-files" to the right directory, else it would not work.
Some filenames and classnames are not updated yet (the word STK is used in some names instead of LS, example stk_config.cpp), but this will be updated soon.
When you start the game, you have to navigate to the next page. There is a Map selection list. you don't have to select a map, because the first map is automatically loaded for testing purposes.
I have added a lot of Log messages to the code for debugging, and it helps me understanding the code a bit more.
If loading and rendering of this map works, then i will use the list to load the map.
Then i will work more on artwork, making assets and testmaps, so i need other programmers to help me with the next planned features (more render-features, a player).
