I think it's legal according to the GPL license. Only if the game is modified in any way, they should publish the modified source code somewhere.
Also if you can post comments on Microsoft Store, you can tell people there it's just somebody trying to get money for a game that's available for free.
Or somebody could upload SuperTuxKart 1.2 there for free
