Hi, what is your GPU?

Also, could you open "%appdata%\supertuxkart\0.8.2" in windows explorer (type that in the address path) and post stdout.log ?

It should work fine on nvidia if you have current drivers installed in your system.

However you are running STK using your intel graphics card:

You need to click right button at the icon and choose "Use dedicaded graphics card" or something similar.

On intel in theory it should work too (again if you have current drivers installed) for intel HD3000 and newer.
